Fast-track does not use forced labour as defined in ILO Convention 29 on Forced Labour.

• We ensure that all migrant workers are treated fairly, irrespective of their legal status, and benefit from conditions of work that are no less favorable than those available to domestic workers.
• We do not charge any fees for Domestic workers to the gulf; the ethical recruitment process is zero fees for the workers, irrespective of where or how they are recruited.
• We conduct a risk assessment appropriate to the business’ circumstances in order to assess where there may be a risk of forced labour and human trafficking.
