Our Client wishes to recruit an Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently - daily


Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of company‚Äôs debt portfolios and follow up on debtors(outstanding)-daily
  • Updating the Acknowledgement book
  • Taking minutes for Brief meeting and General meetings-weekly
  • Compiling of daily reports-daily
  • Opening stocks sent to KBL-daily
  • Customer listing and bank balance-daily
  • Checking KBL credit position
  • Data Maintenance in pastel and full pastel usage including but not limited to; Daily;
  • Receiving stocks and Stocking out empties in pastel.
  • Printing M-pesa and DSR posting to pastel.
  • Making payment (cash in and Cash up).
  • Balancing of empties (from pastel to excel sheet.
  • Extracting reports from pastel.
  • Balancing stocks on pastel.
  • Handling of all orders from wholesale customers (Key Accounts).
  • Receipts and Processing of all sales proceeds, cash, cheques etc
  • Any other duty assigned by the Manager

  • Education:
  • High school diploma; BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.

  • Experience:
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Good presentation skills.
  • An individual of high integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels.
