Our Client wishes to recruit an Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently - daily
Management of company’s debt portfolios and follow up on debtors(outstanding)-daily
Updating the Acknowledgement book
Taking minutes for Brief meeting and General meetings-weekly
Compiling of daily reports-daily
Opening stocks sent to KBL-daily
Customer listing and bank balance-daily
Checking KBL credit position
Data Maintenance in pastel and full pastel usage including but not limited to;
Receiving stocks and Stocking out empties in pastel.
Printing M-pesa and DSR posting to pastel.
Making payment (cash in and Cash up).
Balancing of empties (from pastel to excel sheet.
Extracting reports from pastel.
Balancing stocks on pastel.
Handling of all orders from wholesale customers (Key Accounts).
Receipts and Processing of all sales proceeds, cash, cheques etc
Any other duty assigned by the Manager
High school diploma; BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
