Fast-Track Management Consultants Ltd wishes to recruit a Human Resource Assistant/Supervisor who will be in-charge of running one of our dockets in Homabay County. The desired candidate will be required to oversee all operations on site, be able to make major decisions at short notice, able to work with minimal supervision, focused, result oriented, principled and a person of high integrity.
Manage and supervise the operations
Monitor deliverables on timelines
Log-in and Log-out (Reporting and Departure time)
Monitor & track attendance
Ensuring all workers are registered under NHIF, NSSF, KRA
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Any other duties that may be assigned
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
2-5 years’ experience in production set-up.
Proof of experience in the role.
Preferred age 30 to 45 years
Proven working experience as HR Assistant/Supervisor
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to plan strategically along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations Labor Laws and HR best practices
